Very clean and convenient place to stay. All staff were super friendly and helpful. Easy parking. We enjoyed the pool every day. Highly recommend. Definitely going back there again.

Room was clean and very comfortable, the bed was nice and allowed me to get a great night's sleep. The cooking and kitchen facilities were great to have, to be able to reheat and cook if I decided to. Would recommend, for anyone visiting the South East of Melbourne.

I recently stayed at Quest Apartments for a short business trip, and the experience was excellent. Pauline at the front desk was incredibly polite, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I arrived. She made check-in quick and easy, answered all my questions, and even provided great local tips to make my stay more comfortable. Her professionalism and friendly attitude really stood out and made the whole process stress-free. I truly appreciate the level of service Pauline provided—she’s a credit to the team. I’ll definitely choose Quest again for future business stays!

We recently stopped here for 3 nights for a basketball tournament with family. The apartment has great facilities allowing you to enjoy some downtime in between games, prepare meals in-house if you choose and run a load of washing to keep the players fresh. The pool area is great to cool off and socialise with other guests. Pauline at the front desk was super friendly over the long weekend, very accommodating and hard working...she has a genuine care for her guests.

Have stayed here many times with my injured dog and on personal trips. One of the best places to stay. The staff are wonderful and rooms lovely and clean. And super pet friendly for your fur babies.

My family and I recently stayed here for a basketball tournament over the Australia Day long weekend. The apartment was clean and tidy when we got there. Bathrooms and toilets were also clean. The facilities were also very good - the pool which the kids thoroughly enjoyed - was also very clean. Wifi was also provided which was a no issue either. The thing the stood out the most was how reception were so friendly, nice and accommodating. We had a late check-in (11pm) and that was all communicated properly with no hiccups. We also wanted to stay and extra 2 nights which was accommodated and we were offered a good price. We do want to send a special mention to Pauline. We dealt with her the whole time, and she has been nothing short of exceptional. She was such a friendly face at reception and she made our stay so enjoyable!
